The Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program, hosted by Web3Labs and Neo , was officially launched at the “HK Web3 Evolution & Neo APAC Hackathon Grand Finals” held at Cyberport, Hong Kong, on October 27, 2023.
Web3Labs has introduced the Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program based in Hong Kong, with a total fund of $10 million. In collaboration with Neo Foundation, the second phase of the program will receive a $1 million investment, showcasing Hong Kong’s commitment to developing the Web3.0 industry.
The primary objective of the global acceleration program is to recruit technically innovative Web3 startups and assist these competitive projects in rapid development through technical support, co-marketing resources, workshops, funding opportunities, and ecosystem benefits.

Overview of the Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program Process
Evaluation and Screening
The program’s project recruitment phase is open to global entrepreneurial teams. Projects ranking in the top 10% based on comprehensive evaluation and screening will be selected. The percentage of projects selected may be adjusted based on objective circumstances if the overall scores of applicants are relatively high or low. Under the guidance of mentors, teams further refine and adjust their project plans, clarifying business models and technical roadmaps.
Resource Connection
Through the support of the Hong Kong Web3.0 Investment Alliance and the program’s founders bootcamp, selected teams will have the opportunity for in-depth connection with Web3Labs Investment Alliance members and receive funding support of no less than $20,000 USD. Additionally, selected teams will be guided and supported by a team of experienced industry mentors who will provide comprehensive guidance. The course modules cover various topics relevant to the Web3 industry.
Ecosystem Building
During the ecosystem building phase, teams collaborate with partners to host industry seminars, roadshows, and community events, strengthening project ecosystem development and partnership relationships. Finally, at the Demo Day after the acceleration program, teams have the opportunity to showcase project achievements and business value to investors, media, and industry experts.
Eligibility and Application Deadline
Projects at any stage of development are welcome to apply. During the application process, a business plan for the project needs to be submitted, along with any additional documents demonstrating project achievements. Founders must commit to attending the bootcamp in Hong Kong in person.
